ESSENTIAL DUTIES, FUNCTIONS, AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead cross-functional, strategic projects to identify data needs and implement systems to collect and analyze data that support program effectiveness and operational decision making.
• Support the development and implementation of data and knowledge management infrastructure across the organization.
• Analyze information to evaluate progress towards goals, efficiency, historical trends, and growth.
• Develop and continually improve methods that move from measuring outputs to outcomes.
• Analyze, report, and represent effectiveness of our interventions in a reasonable timeframe so NWAFB can make appropriate course-corrections on further investments.
• Gather and analyze demographic and socioeconomic data from a wide range of public and private sources.
• Use data to help identify and quantify population groups that are not adequately served by current public resources, NWAFB, agency partners, or other organizations.
• Validate data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
• Build, maintain, and automate reports and dashboards that align with key performance indicators and grant reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with internal departments, external partners, and consultants to advance data systems and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Build strong working relationships with internal leaders and external partners to enhance data-driven decision-making.
• Analyze data across distribution programs, neighbor demographics, community need indicators, and partner network performance.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal teams, funders, community partners, Senior Leadership Team, and others.
• Support internal IT needs while working with an external Managed Services Provider.
• Collaborate with community partners, faith-based communities, and host sites to foster engagement in NWAFB while providing quality service to all.
• Exhibit exemplary attendance and punctuality.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION & RELATED EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience and education is required.
• Experience with geographic or spatial data analysis tools such as GIS or mapping software is preferred.
• Previous non-profit experience is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to be covered by the organization’s auto insurance are required.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of data systems, business processes, and reporting methods that support mission alignment and program effectiveness.
• Proficiency in developing dashboards, reports, and automated workflows that enhance access to data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work on a team.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work without supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Tableau.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES AND INTERACTIONS WITH OTHERS
This position has no supervisory responsibilities. However, the role will be expected to interact daily with coworkers and the public.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Duties are regularly performed in an indoor/office setting. The environment is usually a well-lit, environmentally controlled indoor environment with a moderate level of noise. This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are generally Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Work hours may vary depending on the market area being served at any given time; evening and weekend work may occasionally be required. Local travel is an essential function of the role.
