Feeding America has named Rebeckah Freeman Adcock as Chief Government Relations Officer. Freeman Adcock has nearly thirty years of experience in policy and government, shaping critical strategies for the food and agriculture communities. She will lead a team working alongside the Feeding America network, Congress and the USDA to advance practical, nonpartisan solutions that protect access to vital federal food and nutrition programs like The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP) and the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP).
Previously, Freeman Adcock served as Vice President of U.S. Government Relations at the International Fresh Produce Association (IFPA). She holds a law degree from the University of Kentucky and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Resource Management from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville.
