Gary Rodkin served as CEO of ConAgra Foods for 10 years, retiring in 2015. He led the turnaround of the $19B company including significant changes to the portfolio, infrastructure, strategy, and culture. Prior to ConAgra, he was Chairman and CEO of PepsiCo Beverages and Foods NA from 1999-2005. He joined PepsiCo when it acquired Tropicana, where he had served as President since 1995. Rodkin held marketing and general management positions at General Mills from 1979-1995, with his last three years as President Yoplait Yogurt. Rodkin currently serves on the Board of McCormick & Company, where he is a member of the Audit Committee. He also serves on the Board of Simon Property Group, where he is a member of the Nominating and Governance Committee.
Rodkin previously served as Chairman of Feeding America from 2019-2022 and was a Board member from 2015-2024.
Rodkin is an Emeritus member of the Rutgers University Board of Directors, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a degree in Economics. He is also a former Fellow of Executive Education at Harvard Business School, where he received his MBA.
