Description

As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for leading daily operations and warehouse management functions.  You will work hands on to effectively motivate, coach and engage team members to drive productivity and performance.  Additionally, you will manage inventory documentation and data reporting of all products in our warehouse management system. You will ensure that facilities warehouse equipment is operational and the facility is in compliance. and communicate daily with various departments to ensure proper distribution of inventory.

Job responsibilities

Manage receiving, order selection, compliance and facility equipment
Manage staff interviews, hiring, attendance, and training of warehouse staff
Manage daily maintenance and cleanliness of facility
Understand pest control, temperature logs, and sanitation checklist
Ensure order selection is completed timely and accurately
Manage KPIs, productivity measurement, and quality
Receive, input and post orders for various programs
Conduct and monitor monthly inventory adjustments
Receive and process documents of disposed product
Ensure that warehouse team members maintain inventory documentation as directed
Train warehouse staff in safety and warehouse equipment

Application qualifications

Up to 5 years of experience in distribution or warehouse management and warehouse management systems database, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience supervising a team.
Technical aptitude (O365, Microsoft Word and Excel)
Physical requirements include standing, walking, bending, and reaching to conduct physical product inventory counts if necessary.
Flexibility and a willingness to perform other reasonable duties as requested, including willingness and ability to stay late on occasion.
Positive, can-do attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a high degree of self-motivation and the ability to work well on a team and learn new concepts quickly.   
Ability to be self-directed and demonstrate the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines with exceptional analytical, problem solving, written and organizational skills.
Pallet jack, High Reach and Fork Lift experience is a plus.
