The President & CEO Opportunity
Reporting to the Board of Directors, the next CEO will guide a talented team of ~120 and oversee a $100M annual budget. This is a rare opportunity to lead at high level of impact while advancing scalable, sustainable solutions to food insecurity.

Gleaners is seeking a dynamic and values-aligned leader. The ideal candidate will be a nimble strategist, a compelling ambassador, a strong people leader and culture builder, and an advocate for long-term solutions to hunger.

Location: The successful candidate must currently reside in or being willing to relocate to the Detroit, Michigan area.

Compensation: The salary for this position is expected to range from $250,000 – 300,000, with additional potential for a performance-based bonus. The position also includes a comprehensive benefits package.
