The Partner Dock Lead is responsible for the proper execution of tasks and processes relating to partner order pickups and the proper function of the Fresh Food Center. Additionally, organizing and leading the partner dock team and processes in alignment with departmental expectations and collaborating with the various departments in operations and programs.

Reports To: Ops Manager – Inventory and Dock Ops
Location: Aurora
Compensation: $21.25 Hourly

• Organize and stage finished pulled orders by pallet counts, pick-up times, and assign each agency a dock door per time slot
• Load agency orders
• Maintain proper customer service with all agencies
• Monitor and maintain partner dock operations processes and procedures
• Ensure maximum and accurate inventory is available for the Fresh Food Center.
• Maintain accurate inventory weigh-ups.
• Responsible for coordinating and training volunteers on the agency dock
• Execute proper trash and recycling protocols as established
• Perform proper consolidation and rotation of all food and non-food items
• Assist with physical inventory of products and expiration dates to ensure food safety
• Monitor all refrigerated and dry food products to ensure freshness
• Communicate any equipment maintenance needs
• Maintain cleanliness in and around the partner dock
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Ability to represent Food Bank of the Rockies with professional poise and work effectively with a wide range of constituents

Required Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 1 - 3 years' warehouse experience
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and Warehouse Management Systems preferred

Expected Hours of Work:
This role is considered full-time working approximately 40 hours per week and is eligible for overtime for any hours worked over 40 in a workweek. Work schedules vary each week and consist of weekdays, evening and occasional Saturdays. A typical work week would consist of working Monday through Friday from 7:30 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
