Fulfill’s Network Engagement Team (NET) works with almost 300 partner agencies and programs, which receive emergency food for their clients from Fulfill’s Food Distribution Center. The NET Administrative Assistant will provide network agency relations support, oversee government and regulatory reporting, assist with data management, and participate in daily office activities.

Job responsibilities

• Assist NET Associates and other Fulfill teams in addressing network agency needs and compliance concerns.
• Process monthly agency TEFAP and SFPP reports, which includes logging reports in, verifying
client totals and commodities received on agency reports, data entry and making follow-up calls to
agency contacts as needed.
• Assist with conducting quarterly TEFAP/SFPP trainings for agencies.
• Assist with new agency trainings, monitoring, and paperwork compliance.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and distribution processes.
• Assist with maintaining agency database information, ensuring documentation is accurate.
• Answer phones and screen calls and emails for NET staff.
• Communicate professionally and efficiently with clients and others verbally and non-verbally.
• Provide back up support to other departments and performs other assignments, as needed.

Application qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service and/or program support experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
• Experience in database management.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required for work at other locations.
