Description

As an IT Tech Manager, you will manage the team and enable them to participate in IT projects and resolve end-user trouble tickets in an expedient and efficient manner while maintaining our customer service standards. This role is focused on all aspects of our infrastructure and application footprint and requires skills in critical thinking, problem-solving, solution design, as well as general business knowledge in support of enterprise applications.

Job responsibilities

Manage a team that provides Tier 1 & Tier 2 support for internal and external customers.
Managing existing and deploying new system configurations, including Laptops, Mobile Devices, Mobile Platforms and Desktops (Windows and MAC), Scanners and Printers
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented applications, processes and technologies.
Troubleshoots problems with computer systems, including troubleshooting hardware and software, e-mail, network and peripheral equipment problems; makes repairs and corrections where required.
Provide quality customer service while demonstrating the ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical inquires
Acts as a technical resource in assisting remote users to resolve problems with equipment and data
Ability to translate complex technical terms into terms easily understood by the customer
Knowledge in networking and wireless communication.
Review, test and deploy software patches and PC based applications.

Application qualifications

Experience managing leading a IT team and 5+ Years work experience as Tech Lead or in a Tier 1 / 2 support role.
Certifications in Networking, Computer Science, Cyber Security or relevant field is a plus.
Must be tech savvy with working knowledge of the enterprise IT environment including Windows, Android/iOS, Chrome, Office365, Win 10, various hardware configurations and networking with the ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
Candidates must be self-directed and demonstrate the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines with exceptional analytical, problem solving, written and organizational skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Analytical and data driven problem solver.
Must possess the ability to do occasional travel to our Egg Harbor, NJ location.
