Job Summary
Do you want to help schools strengthen access to nutritious meals for students across Oklahoma? In this role, you will support school meal partnerships for Feed Oklahoma, a statewide initiative that expands access to nutritious, ready-to-heat meals for students. You will build and maintain school partner relationships, coordinate onboarding, support participating sites, track meal needs, monitor participation changes, document distribution updates and maintain grant-related data. This position calls for steady follow-through, accurate records, helpful communication and dependable coordination with schools, partners and internal teams. What success looks like in the first 6–12 months includes consistent communication with participating schools, accurate program data and documentation, timely coordination of meal distribution needs, responsive partner support and practical process improvements that strengthen program service and reporting.
This position is fully funded through external grant funding. Continued employment is contingent upon grant funding availability and program needs.
A Day in the Life
The essential functions described below represent the primary responsibilities of this role and may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.
Program Coordination & School Partnerships
• Serve as the primary contact for participating Feed Oklahoma school partners ensuring consistent communication.
• Support onboarding, implementation and ongoing service for participating school sites.
• Maintain regular communication with school partners to address questions, needs and barriers.
• Build positive working relationships with school administrators, site contacts and community partners.
• Support school recruitment and expansion efforts connected to Feed Oklahoma program goals.
Meal Distribution & Logistics Coordination
• Coordinate meal distribution needs with internal teams and participating school partners.
• Communicate distribution schedules, delivery expectations and program updates to school sites.
• Monitor delivery issues and help resolve concerns that affect school participation.
• Track school meal needs, participation changes and service updates.
• Support coordination with the Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma as needed for program implementation.
Grant Data, Documentation & Reporting
• Develop accurate and efficient systems for Feed Oklahoma data collection, tracking and reporting.
• Collect and maintain accurate program data required for grant reporting.
• Track meal counts, school participation, site activity and program outcomes.
• Prepare reports, summaries and documentation for internal leadership and grant-related needs.
• Maintain organized records that support monitoring, compliance and performance tracking.
• Identify data trends that may affect program growth, service quality or school engagement.
Site Support, Training & Compliance
• Process school applications, site documentation and onboarding materials.
• Provide training and technical assistance to participating school partners.
• Document eligibility criteria, program requirements and site readiness.
• Conduct site monitoring and follow-up activities as assigned.
• Support compliance with procedures, partner expectations and grant requirements.
Continuous Improvement
• Gather feedback from school partners to improve program delivery.
• Identify barriers to school participation and recommend practical solutions.
• Support process improvements that strengthen customer service and program efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal departments to improve communication, reporting and service delivery.
