When All Kids Eat for Free | The Atlantic
I remember as a kid some kids had red lunch tickets and some that had blue tickets. The blue tickets were the kids who were part of the School Lunch Program getting free or reduced-price lunch. The Atlantic examines school districts that are offering free meals to all students to reduce the stigma. This is happening in the midst of Congress looking to change to rule and barring thousands of schools from offering this benefit.
