For nearly 20 years, Walmart and the Walmart Foundation have made significant contributions to help strengthen the charitable meal sector in North America. Walmart, Sam’s Club and the Walmart Foundation have contributed more than 7.5 billion pounds in food donations and nearly $160 million in grants to support Feeding America. Since the launch of the Fight Hunger. Spark Change. campaign in 2014, Walmart, Sam’s Club, participating suppliers, customers and members have cumulatively raised more than $186 million for Feeding America and its network of local food banks.
