  • High costs continue to strain neighbors’ household budgets, keeping food and economic insecurity top of mind for many.

  • Today’s economic conditions are taking a toll on neighbors’ minds, bodies and wallets. While some are optimistic better days are ahead, others are uncertain about the future or anticipate their conditions may worsen.

  • To chip away at stagnant conditions, 46% of neighbors have already participated in efforts to reduce hunger in the past year. About 8 in 10 stand ready to take action to support anti-hunger policies in the future.
