Years of thoughtful volunteerism with local food initiatives have shaped Stephen and Linda Toross’ belief that no one should have to wonder where their next meal will come from.
When they first learned about Feeding America, Stephen and Linda were inspired by both the organization’s national reach and the work that happens alongside local partners to meet the unique needs of each community. “We support Feeding America because it aligns with our passion to ensure no one goes hungry in our country,” they shared.
“We want to ensure that every child and adult receives the proper nutrients to support a healthy and prosperous life,” they said. “With our support, we hope today’s children, and the generations that follow, receive the nourishment their bodies and minds need so they can learn, grow and thrive.”
As the Toross’ commitment to the movement to end hunger continued to grow, naming Feeding America in their estate plans became a natural next step. Feeding America’s ability to use resources effectively and create meaningful, measurable impact gave them confidence that their legacy would support families for generations to come.
