Dial 1-888-598-7257 to tell your lawmakers, “Reopen the government and fund SNAP!” When someone answers, please tell them your name, the city and state where you live, and that you’re a constituent. Ask your lawmaker to work together with their colleagues to reopen the government and keep SNAP funded, so our neighbors can buy groceries to nourish their families. Children, seniors and veterans are counting on Congress to act! If no one answers, leave a voicemail. Remember, you may have a member of the House and two senators representing you in Congress. Make sure to call back to reach each of them! Members of Congress are receiving many calls at this time. If you have trouble connecting, please try calling again later.

Tell Congress: Reopen the Government and Fund SNAP
This government shutdown has led to uncertainty for families, federal workers—including active-duty military members and reservists—and seniors who suddenly face impossible choices. It also affects our neighbors facing hunger who use federal nutrition programs like the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP).
We need our lawmakers to work together to end the shutdown and fund SNAP.
