Over the last decade, USAA has generously invested in hunger-relief efforts to help ensure that people who serve—or have served—to protect our nation have reliable, dignified access to the nutritious food and resources they need to thrive.
USAA, a Feeding America Leadership Partner, has provided more than $17 million in support across 31 food banks within the Feeding America network—helping Feeding America to strengthen food security, disaster response, volunteer engagement, and community resilience for million of neighbors, largely residing in and around our nation's most important military communities.
USAA has increased its national military hunger investment with Feeding America to $1 million annually—a donation they will make for the next five years, totaling $5 million.
"We intend to sustain that support over the next five years through USAA's Honor Through Action Movement, our effort to improve the quality of life for military families," said JJ Rowe, Director of Corporate Impact at USAA.
