Feeding America will never request donations, payments or sensitive personal information through unofficial channels, like WhatsApp.

Donation requests will always come from Feeding America’s official fundraisers, trusted partners, verified social media accounts and communications you have chosen to receive directly from us. If you receive a suspicious message claiming to be from Feeding America, please do not share personal information, click on any suspicious links or send money. Instead, you can report the activity: 
•    Call the AARP Fraud Watch Network Helpline at 1-877-908-3360 to receive free guidance.
•    Report the activity online to the FTC (reportfraud.ftc.gov) or FBI’s Internet Crime Complaint Center (ic3.gov)
