Recruiting clients and students for the Workforce Development programs
Developing and maintaining contacts
Designing and executing presentations for internal and external partners.
Monitoring the outreach to enrollment time cycle
Educating community organizations about Workforce Development.
Traveling to field assignments and attending community events
Minimum of 3 years of work experience in recruitment, admissions, sales, or workforce development
Valid driver's license
Must have reliable transportation as travel to multiple locations throughout the state of New Jersey will be required
Experience in public speaking
Some evenings and weekends required
