Job responsibilities

Notetaking and record keeping for team meetings
Sending out information to vendors, potential students, potential employers and local OneStops.
Maintaining students’ weekly attendance sheets
Screening and directing phone calls to the appropriate department.
Handling office tasks such as, but not limited to; filing, generating reports and presentations.
Greeting and assisting visitors.
Coordinating meeting schedules
Generating memos, emails, and reports
Ability to work extended hours for outreach and graduation as needed.
Other duties as assigned.

Application qualifications

Associate Degree required
Five years administrative assistance experience
Excellent communication skills verbal and written
Excellent Computers Skills
Experience working with diverse populations
Attention to details a must
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Ability to work independently and with a team.
Ability to work with all levels throughout the organization
