Oversee Food Bank Director of Operations, WIC Director and Health Connections Manager at Norwescap, Inc. Responsible for oversight of food bank operations, external relationships, budget management and strategic initiatives. Also responsible for grant management of WIC Program and strategic program expansions as well as program development and budget management of Health Connections Program. Some travel between locations required.

Job responsibilities

Build innovative Food Security and Health Promotion Initiatives. Design and implement strategies to address food insecurity and address health disparities in the region within and outside existing programs/departments. Be abreast of best practices and community trends that might influence the organization. Advocate and Partner with other organizations in the community. Build key partnerships with food pantries, public and private funders, faith communities, and other social service agencies to ensure that strategies work.

Application qualifications

Minimum of five years of progressive leadership experience required.
Master's degree preferred
Experience in healthcare, food banks, or nutrition programs preferred
Experience utilizing date to drive performance required
