Description

In this role the employee will be responsible for processing network partner orders, to include, but not limited to, pick-ups, deliveries, special partner events and allocations. This employee will work alongside the Regional Programs Directors to proactively support data-driven, strategic and equitable distribution of food. Responsible for maintaining all food safety & occupational safety requirements.

Job responsibilities

• Processing of network partner orders, including, but not limited to, pick-ups, deliveries, special partner events and allocations.
• Trouble-shooting deliveries.
• Keeping partner accounts in good standing.
• Support members of the Partner Services team in supplying resources to the network.
• Participate with the Programs team to on-board network partners.

Additional duties to include:
• Cross-training in multiple programs
• Streamlining services
• On-boarding of network partners
• Researching industry trends
• Working cross-departmentally to maintain food distribution to Network Partners

Application qualifications

Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar position.
Education: Associates's Degree is preferred. A combination of social services work and education will be considered.
