We are looking to fill a Driver position in our Neptune, NJ (and occasionally our Tom’s River) location.

Job responsibilities

This position is primarily responsible for the timely, efficient and safe pick up and distribution of food and product to the clients Fulfill serves. Our Drivers are responsible for the conscientious and safe operation of all company vehicles. You will be expected to follow established procedures and assigned routes for the timely and efficient pick-up and delivery of goods to support our clients in Monmouth and Ocean Counties. In addition, you will maintain vehicles in clean, safe, and good condition at all times; reports problems or damage to manager immediately; clean vehicle at the end of day; and notify warehouse supervisor of upcoming vehicle inspection, emissions test, insurance, registration and servicing requirements. You will be expected to follow established procedures safely and efficiently for loads and unloads, accurately account for all products and submit associated documentation. Our Drivers demonstrate professionalism and speak respectfully when interacting with staff, volunteers, community, or agency representatives, as you will be a key representative of Fulfill.

Application qualifications

Qualified candidates will have a NJ Driver’s license along with a clean driving record. Must be able to read and interpret documents, procedures, write routine reports, and complete forms/logs. Safety and sound operation of vehicle is essential, along with a commitment to follow all Fulfill procedures; and demonstrate a commitment to the values, mission and professional integrity expected of all Fulfill staff.

Additional information

The hours for this role are 8:00-4:30 four days a week (we do not do deliveries on Thursday.)
