Representing CFBNJ at local and regional community events (virtual and/or in-person)
Identifying new potential partners and conducting onboarding and training
Assisting partners with product orders to ensure community food needs are met
Conducting regular network partner site visits and inspections (virtual and/or in-person)
Engaging consistently and proactively with our partners
Implementing key policies and procedures
Assisting in the transition to a paperless operation
A Bachelor’s Degree with at least 2 years of experience with community/school partnerships.
Exceptional ability to build relationships and communicate information via email, phone and in-person.
Strong ability to follow-up with partners on paperwork required to maintain active partnership.
Outstanding ability to identify problems, recognize trends and solve challenges independently.
Comfort level with change and readiness to adapt to unforeseen circumstances.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Bilingual a plus (Spanish, Creole and Bengali).
Flexible work schedule required.
Reliable form of transportation as travel to partner sites is required
