Work as part of the Community FoodBank of New Jersey’s Institutional Giving team to raise revenue from foundations, Corporations, and government funders. Serve as Institutional Giving Coordinator and liaison to Finance and Donor Services teams to ensure that grant deliverables are completed accurately and on-time.
Serving as liaison to partnering departments
Leading Bi-Weekly Development/Finance Meeting
Coordinating all budget requests to finance
Maintaining budget report
Creating, maintaining, and collaborating deliverables with finance team to restrict grant revenue in Salesforce
Providing source documentation of revenue restrictions to finance
Linking Salesforce Opportunities with revenue
Monitoring ACH transactions for grant payments
Creating payment deliverables in Salesforce
Ensuring Institutional Giving Data-Integrity
Assisting with coordination of data-maintenance projects
Serving as grant preparation coordinator
Creating and maintaining standardized grant, general operating, and program proposal templates
Researching potential new funders and food-insecurity data
Experience with Salesforce or other database management experience strongly preferred.
Some familiarity w/ grants and non-profit development work strongly preferred.
Project management experience strong preferred (internship or academic experience ok)
Non-profit experience strongly preferred (internship or volunteer experience acceptable)
Strong organizational skills required
Strong writing and communications skills required
