Assisting with construction, repairs, and maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings
Painting, remodeling, and refurbishing areas as needed.
Changing of all filters for HVAC as required.
Preparing rooms for events: remove or rearrange furniture for events or classes, as needed
Conducting facility modifications according to approved specifications
Assisting with any warehouse, sanitation and maintenance duty may be assigned when additional support is needed.
At least three years of experience in a maintenance field.
Mechanical skills are required.
Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
Ability to push/lift 50 pounds.
Ability to climb ladders.
Bending at waist, sitting, kneeling, climbing, walking, crouching as job may require.
Ability to work in extreme temperatures, in high noise levels requiring hearing protection, and working around lubricants, solvents, batteries, cleaning fluids, paints.
High school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a positive, can-do attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a high degree of self motivation and the ability to work well on a team and learn new concepts quickly.
