The Community FoodBank of New Jersey is looking for a Donor Services Associate to maintain the development database and all functions in the department that pertain to it, including gift processing, acknowledgments, and report generation. As a Donor Services Associate, you will serve as the primary database superuser, providing advanced level skills and expertise and assembling donor information. An essential part of this role is to coordinate the processing of all donations into the CFBNJ donor database.
Maintaining electronic and paper-based organizational systems
Opening and sorting all mail and preparing donations for processing
Expediting acknowledgement letters, tax receipts, and other donor related transactions.
Assisting with the management and maintenance of online donations and constituent information
Processing and reporting matching gifts and employee donations
Two to three years of data entry experience required, along with familiarity with financial bookkeeping/reporting, non-profit data entry preferred
Experience with Salesforce is required, familiarity with reporting tools like Apsona or Tableau is a plus.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office 365, Word, Excel and Outlook Software is essential for success
