Description

The Community FoodBank of New Jersey is looking for a Data Entry Coordinator to join our SNAP-Education team. The Data Entry Coordinator is responsible for performing a variety of detailed data entry duties and will be highly organized, detailed and process-oriented with the ability to quickly learn and effectively navigate multiple data entry systems.

Job responsibilities

-Entering large sets of pre-and post-survey data from a grant-funded program
-Monitoring and analyzing the implementation of SNAP-Ed activities across regions against goals
-Developing and maintaining up-to-date tracking/ evaluation tools and procedures for effectively and accurately managing program data and materials
-Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual data reports in a timely manner
-Liaise between SNAP-Ed Nutrition Educators, Community Health Workers and Program Managers across various Regions to ensure effective communication and collaboration; organize coordination meetings and calls, draft agendas, take notes, and initiate post-meeting follow up
-Supporting program site follow-up communication and/or end-of-program surveys as needed

Application qualifications

-Associate degree
-Two years experience working in an office environment
-Must be highly proficient in O365 applications
-Comfortable providing virtual presentations
-experience performing data entry and tracking
-Candidates must be self-directed and demonstrate the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
-Exceptional analytical, problem solving, written and organizational skills
-Bi-lingual language skills (English and Spanish/Creole/Bengali) preferred
-Must be able to carry bulk materials as necessary, up to about 40 pounds
