If so, Alameda County Community Food Bank could be looking for you as our first CRM Project Manager.

Reporting to the Information Systems Program Manager, a successful candidate will oversee the identification, selection, and implementation of a new CRM system for the Development Division based on strategic initiatives and business need. In collaboration with the operations, finance, and programs departments you will work to implement a new CRM that will help optimize business processes across the Food Bank. A hands on position that needs a leader and great communicator, but also requires someone who is willing to broaden their expertise to support the Food Banks mission.

Job responsibilities

Application qualifications

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Minimum of five years’ of experience as project manager and subject matter expert with a proven record of successful CRM implementations and upgrades. PMP certification preferred.
• Salesforce, BlackBaud or Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, Configuration, Best Practices, Test Automation, Lightning and experience in handling Salesforce deployments preferred.
• Experience in creating RFPs, business requirements, technical requirements, project plans, test plans, and other documentation as needed.
• Stakeholder presentations and management skills
• Planning and Team management
• Vendor Negotiations and Risk Management
• Technical skills including:
• ERP and CRM concepts, operation and configuration
• Strong database understanding and SQL reporting
• Integrations
• Data Warehouse concepts and dashboards. Power BI experience preferred.
• Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Visio, Project or equivalent tools.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Communication and documentation skills.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This work is located in an open office environment and occasionally in community settings. Physical activities necessary in the performance of this job include: Sitting for prolonged periods, mobility to move throughout the Food Bank in performance of duties, ability to visit community settings, walking, bending, stopping, lifting up to 25 pounds, and squatting. Ability to use a computer to accomplish the duties of the position, including writing and seeing. Ability to occasionally travel to local events and meetings. Ability to communicate in a clear speaking voice in person and over the phone. Ability to interpret instructions/questions when asked. Excellent social skills to facilitate assignments.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This is a temporary, full-time, exempt position expected to last the duration of the project (approximately 12-18 months). The starting salary is $81,998 per year. We offer an outstanding benefit package including:
