Job responsibilities

Coordinate community development programming to serve the neighborhood and family-level needs, working with Outreach managers, director, community development senior manager, the IT and data departments, and partners. Implement evaluation efforts, collect data, measure outcomes, and coordinate with program staff, community partners and individuals to recognize needs and make connections to best serve the community and HFB clients. Participate in community meetings and activities, develop partner and client relationships, and understand impact of current HFB programming. Participate in research and grant-funded projects in addition to providing support for current program direction and expansion.

Application qualifications

Education/Experience

Bachelor’s degree in project management, public administration, public health, social work, health/wellness or related field from an accredited college or university. 2-4 years of community programming. Program evaluation and understanding of data analysis preferred.

Skills/Abilities

Strong customer service skills and willingness to assist others. Able to communicate complex information clearly. Excellent writing skills. Attentive to detail. Strong problem-solving abilities. Able to coordinate well with other departments and personnel. Ability to operate computer, copier and other business equipment.
