Job responsibilities

Coordinating development, implementation, planning, and leading efforts of programs
Engaging with partners and participating in evaluating program components
Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to provide quality and easily accessible services to program participants
Maintaining highly organized program information and records
Evaluating and improving program activities to guide program participation and expansion
Utilizing and interpreting program data to predict patterns and trends
Facilitating changes with the program site environment to support improvement in program processes and procedures
Representing CFBNJ and nutrition programs at community meetings, coalitions and/ or state events and conferences as related to the position

Application qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Nutritional Sciences, Social Work, Public Health, or related field preferred
Bi-lingual language skills (English and Spanish/Creole/Bengali) is a plus.
Ability to have a varied work schedule that includes nights and weekends to meet the scheduling needs of partnering organizations and schools.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable means of transportation
Technical aptitude (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is essential for success, along with a positive, can-do attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a high degree of self-motivation
