Roadrunner Food Bank, a Feeding America member serving the entire state of New Mexico, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Programs Officer. As a member of the senior leadership team, the CPO leads the organizational initiatives to reduce hunger in New Mexico both through providing access to food and programs that build self-sufficiency.

The ideal candidate will have at least a Bachelor’s degree with a Master’s preferred, 5 – 7 years of experience in a leadership role, and experience managing a large departmental budget. The ability to communicate in Spanish is helpful.
