In America today, 49 million people face hunger—that’s 1 in every 6 Americans. We believe that everyone deserves to have enough to eat. The Feeding America network exists to help you access the food you need to live a full and healthy life.

Find Your Food Bank

The Feeding America nationwide network of 200 local food banks and 60,000 food pantries and meal programs serve communities across the country. Use our locator tool to find the food bank that serves your area. Contact your food bank to learn where you can find free food pantries, special food programs for children and seniors, mobile pantry distribution spots, meal programs or other services, such as food assistance after being impacted by disaster.

Public Assistance Programs

Government nutrition assistance programs exist to help you access the nutritious food you need to feed yourself or your family. Are you eligible for any of these programs? You might be! Here are some links and other information that may help you access good food.

Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP)

The Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP) provides commodity food packages for low-income pregnant and breastfeeding women, other new mothers up to one year postpartum, infants, children up to their sixth birthday, and elderly persons at least 60 years of age who meet income eligibility requirements. Summer Food Assistance Program (SFSP)
