Inmates Get a Second Change from Philabundance | NBC10

Philabundance, a Feeding America member food bank in Philadephia is using the Community Kitchen program to help inmates get a head start before transitioning back into society. The skills they learn to help prepare food are then in turn helping to feed hungry neighbors.
