Retired President, Coach Inc.
Keith Monda is the former President & COO of Coach Inc. where he spent many years in senior management positions. Prior to that, he held senior leadership positions at The Timberland Company, J. Crew Group, Inc., and Pfizer Inc. Since retiring, Keith, along with his wife Linda, have focused their time on philanthropic and nonprofit leadership roles and service. Keith chairs The Ohio State University Foundation's Board of Directors, and is Executive Chairman of Feeding America, a nationwide network of more than 200 food banks that feed more than 46 million people through food pantries, soup kitchen, shelters, and other agencies.
As past chair of the Board of Trustees of New College of Florida, he is an active member of his home community of Sarasota, Florida, where he serves as a member of the board of directors of All Faiths Food Bank, a member of Feeding America's network. He also helped establish Sarasota's Campaign Against Summer Hunger, which distributes meals and snacks during summer through backpack programs, expanded mobile pantry distributions, and increased capacity at partner agencies. Keith and Linda provide swimming lessons for over 2,600 second graders each year and helped initiate a Reading Recovery program in the school system for first graders that are not reading at level.
Keith also has a serious interest in social entrepreneurship. He is the principal investor in startup venture Aleph Sciences Inc. (reducing greenhouse gasses).
Keith earned his bachelor's and master's degrees in economics from The Ohio State University.
