Job Responsibilities

The Executive Assistant will:
• Provide general administrative support to advance the organization and manage daily operations of the CEO and SVP
• Manage calendar appointments for the CEO and SVP including negotiating and scheduling meetings and appointments
• Ad hoc administrative support as required from CEO and SVP
• Ensure all appropriate support materials are available for meetings and ensure that rooms are ready prior to meetings
• Provide support in the preparation of reports, presentations and correspondence; preparing routine reports and financial data; preparing invoices for payment; preparing slide presentations and correspondence on behalf of and with direction from executive management
• Other duties as assigned

Application Qualifications


• High school diploma
• Must have a minimum of five years administrative support experience, with the last two years providing executive-level support including knowledge of and experience working with Boards
• Must be extremely organized and detail-oriented with strong customer service and project and time management skills
• Demonstrated knowledge of business practices
• Ability to manage and process multiple streams of communications and input
• Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Advanced computer skills with advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat Pro
• Able to travel to both campus’ as needed
• Effective time management and organizational skills demonstrated through ability to meet deadlines

The Executive Assistant is responsible for the executive-level administrative support needs of the President/CEO and Senior VP of Business Operations & Finance (SVP). The Executive Assistant will manage the administrative needs of the CEO and SVP to assist with projects; to coordinate and maintain calendar and travel arrangements; to organize meetings; to write and prepare correspondence and presentation materials; and to manage general office functions and extra office spaces.

• Full-time, non-exempt hourly position; Monday through Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends
