The Executive Assistant is responsible for the executive-level administrative support needs of the President/CEO and Senior VP of Business Operations & Finance (SVP). The Executive Assistant will manage the administrative needs of the CEO and SVP to assist with projects; to coordinate and maintain calendar and travel arrangements; to organize meetings; to write and prepare correspondence and presentation materials; and to manage general office functions and extra office spaces.
• Full-time, non-exempt hourly position; Monday through Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends
