For over 26 years, All Faiths Food Bank (AFFB) has offered food and hope to the hungry. Our mission: Together with our partners, we provide healthy solutions to end hunger in our community. In 2015, AFFB helped feed more than 61,000 people through our network of over 184 partner agencies and programs in Sarasota and DeSoto Counties. Last year, All Faiths distributed a record 8.1 million pounds of food.
The Manager of Agency Relations is responsible for managing the food bank’s relationships with our member agencies. This includes conducting routine training on administrative, operational and food safety measures, offering support to agency-food bank cooperative activities, and identifying inter-agency opportunities for increased support to clients of food bank services. In addition, the Manager oversees the strategic development and implementation of specific programs that engage our member agencies in furthering our mission. This position also is engaged in disaster response functions and coordination with local authorities.
