Job Responsibilities

Builds and maintains agency network capacity, ensures compliance with Feeding America, government, and audit requirements, plans and manages all department goals, objectives and activities, participates in strategic planning, serves on senior management team, and directs and supervises staff.

Application Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be an astute and empowering leader with extensive supervisory and management experience. S/he will have experience building relationships with multiple stakeholders, prioritizing complex issues, analyzing information, and making difficult and creative decisions. S/he will have proven attention to detail, experience with strategic planning, excellent oral and written communication skills, and comfort using technology. An appreciation for cultural and socio-economic diversity and a passion to help those in need is required. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent skills and experience required, advanced degree highly desired.
